LOCO Complex is an entertainment venue for guests aged 18 and above. By booking or visiting, you confirm you meet the age requirement and agree to present valid ID upon request.

The online booking form is a request to hold a table — officially confirmed once LOCO Complex contacts you via hotline 0905 806 518 or Zalo within 15 minutes.

Tables are held up to 30 minutes past the reserved time. Beyond that without notice, LOCO Complex may seat other guests.

Free cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 hours before the reserved time via hotline / Zalo.

For VIP tables or private events with deposit, refund policy will be specified at the deposit stage.

Dress code: Smart Casual, Newtro, Streetwear encouraged. LOCO Complex reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliant attire.

Prohibited items: drugs, weapons, or anything violating Vietnamese law.

Guests must follow staff guidance on security, fire safety, and house rules.

LOCO Complex is not responsible for personal belongings lost in unmonitored areas.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using services. Notify staff in advance of any health conditions.

All content on lococomplex.vn (logo, images, text, video) is property of LOCO Complex. Copying or commercial use without written consent is copyright infringement.

This includes the menus, design and source code of the website, which may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Copying this website, or creating pages or domains that use the LOCO Complex name to impersonate LOCO Complex, take reservations or collect customer information, is strictly prohibited. LOCO Complex may request the removal of infringing content and take action under intellectual property law.

LOCO Complex may update these terms at any time. New versions take effect upon publication at lococomplex.vn/en/terms with the updated date.
